How the day flows: the story, the data, the money, the sponsors, and what comes after

Every session, drawn as one system. Time runs down the page. Click any session or node to light up everything that feeds it and everything it feeds. Walk the day steps through session by session with the story building beside it. Toggle a layer to isolate it. Every box carries its source: run sheet, the 17 September meeting with Bryan and Shuba, or a proposal of mine that Bryan has not seen yet.

The five flows what each line on the map means

Story: the morning is the executive case, the afternoon is craft

Pain, hope, the answer, proof from outsiders, then practice. The transaction sits at the end of the executive case, before the outsiders speak, so the proof lands on people who have already seen the price.

Data: three captures, seven uses

Nothing is collected that is not shown back to the room the same day. Rev Gap in the ticket flow, Readiness on phones at 10:25, partner intent at 10:40, Maturity and the AI audit in the read-back. All of it lands in the tools database and becomes each Blueprint and next year's benchmark report.

Money: two hundred in the room, ten who can sign

Bryan sells the Blueprint from stage. Shuba sells it at every break. The stand takes the card. The read-back is the Align sales meeting, and it is already paid for. Activate is behind Align, shown in the read-back, never sold on the day.

Sponsors: a job on stage or at a table, not a slot to fill

Scale is Vercel and the matchmaker build. Optimise hosts the two Validate sessions. Activate sponsors drum the breaks and host a table each at 4:00 beside a POF member. Back to them: badge scans, table intros, mentions in the countdown emails, and a report that is the 2027 renewal conversation.

Future: seven things that come out of the day

  1. Align engagements from Blueprint buyers
  2. Activate subscriptions behind each Align
  3. AI Readiness audits sold standalone to the 190 who did not buy
  4. Partner pod as a service for the biggest two or three
  5. State of Partnerships 2027 report from the dataset
  6. POF 2027 members and speakers from the tables
  7. Sponsor renewals and Accelerate 2027 from the reports and the matches

C-suite ICP and the rest of the room what each side hears

SessionThe executive hearsThe operator takes awayThe bridge
9:20 BryanThe number: your gap, in dollars, against the room. Why now, and that you are not set up for it.The framework words they will use all day: Align, Validate, Activate, Optimise. The badge score is the same number on both chests.
9:50 BlueprintA $750 decision, ten spots, credited against the real engagement."Take this to your boss." The operator is the internal champion, and the one who fills in the Readiness. The QR works for both. The operator can buy it for their boss.
10:05 to 10:40 Firmable, Stripe, VercelBenchmarks from outside HSA, and what thirty minutes of AI can do: find your partners. What sales expects of partnerships, and three real intros to go and make at lunch.Finding partners is now free. Making them revenue is not. That is the Blueprint.
11:35 and 12:05 ValidatePeers at GM and VP level saying where potential leaks. What to change in their own motion this quarter. The in conversation format lets both ask.
12:35 LunchThe counter on the lunch slide. Sponsors at the stand.Meet your three matches.Everyone is in the same room, working the same list.
1:20 Rob MoyerWhat an AI native partner pod looks like when it is done.Craft. How the workflows actually run.Executives see the destination, operators see the road.
2:00 RoundtableOptional. Sponsors and POF members at every table. The core session for operators: what is working, what is not.Tables grouped by readiness score, so peers are real peers.
3:15 GTM panelThe commercial case: ecosystem carries growth when AI makes everything else noisy. How Asana, HubSpot and Shopify run it.Same panel, two questions from the host.
4:00 Pressure testTheir own scores in front of them, and a host who says the line.Their draft strategy challenged by a sponsor and a POF member. The scores are the shared language.
4:30 WrapLast call. Two seats, $750 on the card, credited against the engagement.Your score, take it back, and what to ask for.The read back aggregate belongs to everyone.

Provenance what is sourced, what is mine

From the run sheet (read 18 Sep)

Every session name, speaker, panel line-up, sponsor slot and time on the current draft. Bryan's comment to cut the welcome to 20 minutes. Bronwyn's comments: registration at 8:30, in conversation instead of a second panel, finish at 7pm. Rob's advice on running the roundtables. The 75 company data goal. Scott as MC lead for the AI roundtable.

From the 17 Sep meeting with Bryan and Shuba

$750 as one percent of the $75k engagement, transactable on a card on the spot, under $1,000. The bundle: Rev Gap, Readiness, Maturity, AI readiness, credited against the engagement, delivered after the conference as a blueprint or customised framework. Only ten, first ten. QR to a Stripe page plus the stand with someone at it. Pain and hope, then readiness, then HockeyStick as the answer, then constrain, then transact. Shuba's call to action into the break. Video and storytelling in a 20 minute slot after the keynote. Cut maturity from the keynote. Stripe pending, Firmable definite, hiring optional. Rob held after lunch. A build session with an AI company. White glove for about ten target executives in the lead-up: talk to their revenue gap, VIP badge, target the messaging. Close in November to set up 2027. Activate stays behind Align. PartnerStack on a key panel at a discounted rate. Partner pod as a service and a partner AI readiness audit as future items.

Proposals of mine, not yet put to Bryan

Printing the score on the badge. The room's aggregate gap on screen. A live seat counter. Score the room on phones as the Stripe fallback. What Vercel builds. Tables grouped by score, each person's scores on the table, hosts with a line. Reading the aggregate back at the wrap and a last call. Sixty minute read-backs, showing Activate in them. The Scale slot for Vercel. Badge scans, a sponsor report, a State of Partnerships report, POF 2027, Accelerate 2027. All v2 timings. The story beat labels and the audience split.

Removed after Matt's corrections: an executive lunch with Bryan and a named front table (Hugo suggested an exec lunch and Bryan said not this year); $1,000 and $1,500 price tiers (there is one price, $750).
